Ingredients: Carbohydrate matrix (maltodextrin, glucose), multi-protein complex [milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate Carbelac® (from milk), whey protein isolate Isolac® (from milk), hydrolysed whey protein isolate Optipep® (from milk), hydrolysed casein PeptoPro® (from milk)], cocoa1,9, thickener (xanthan gum), red beet concentrate7, flavourings, instant coffee10, colours (E150c1,2,3,11, E160a3,4).
Recommended use: Mix 4 scoops of powder (200 g) with 400 ml of water or skimmed milk. Use ½-1 serving 45-75 minutes before workout and ½-1 serving immediately after workout. During non-training days use 1 serving between meals. This formula is highly concentrated, and due to its potency, you may want to consider using ½ serving 2-4 times per day.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product compounds. Made in a plant that also processes soy, egg, peanuts, nuts and wheat products. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of children.
