How did you get involved in the health & fitness industry?

I started my fitness journey when I was in high school where I was a school rugby player and a shotokan karate student.

What was your lifestyle like prior to your transformation?

I used to do variety of workouts and making sure that I was eating clean balanced diet meal daily.

What are some of your favorite supplements and why?

ISO 100 protein powder and amino built muscle tech because have never experienced any side effects when using them.

What is your current training style and split?

I always try to train a minimum of 1hr 45min for weight workout and 15min intense cardio for endurance daily.

What motivates you to keep training hard and stay on track?

The older me always tend to motivate the current me and this always makes me to put more pressure in my daily workout.

What is your workout plan ?

I train minor and major work daily (more reps and heavy weight for every last set) 5 days a week and 2days Rest.
